PhD student Domenik Spallek will present a poster on “Probing Li-diffusion into Ga2O3-polymorphs by depth-resolved cathodoluminescence spectroscopy” at the International Workshop on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials (IWGO) in Berlin (May 26 – 31, 2024).
Senior scientist Jonas Lähnemann will present a poster on “High-resolution cathodoluminescence spectroscopy of the excitonic emission of homoepitaxial AlN” at the GaN Marathon in Verona (June 9 – 12, 2024).
Project leader Jonas Lähnemann will give an invited talk on “Correlative studies of semiconductor nanostructures using CL spectroscopy “ at the 6th Joint Sino-German Workshop on Advanced and Correlative Electron Microscopy of Catalysts, Quantum Phenomena and Soft Matter in Bad Honnef (July 8-12, 2024).
